Return Policy;
No credit card refunds will be issued. You are welcome to exchange or return an item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Our Returns Department must receive all returning item(s) within 14 days to qualify for an exchange or merchandise credit. If returning item(s) without an exchange, a merchandise credit will be issued with an expiration one year from the date of issue.
RETURNING ITEMS: All returned items must be received by Ophelia in the original condition in which they were sent. The items must be unworn, with all tags attached and the hygienic liner in place. If an item(s) is returned to us in unsatisfactory condition, the item(s) will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Special Notations:
- Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the cups. Ophelia reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsalable.
- If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags and hygienic liners have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
