Return:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or store credit. We ONLY issue refunds for our own brand: OPHELIA LOVE. We do not issue refunds on items by other designers on our website. However you can return items by other brands for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@opheliaswimwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Which Circumstances We Offer A Return for Store Credit or Exchange:
We offer an exchange on our products if they are defective or damaged, wrong size for your body, or if the product does not suit your taste. If you need to exchange your product please contact us by mail: info@opheliaswimwear.com. We will process the free exchange. Ophelia will also offer you a coupon code that you can use for up to one year on our website if you do not want to immediately exchange for another product.
This coupon code will be in the amount of your returned product price.
** All exchanges or store credit will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Cancel The Order:
Online order are shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
Therefore, if you would wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately.
Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
